EXPORT SALES MANAGER
An FMCG is currently searching for an Export Sales Manager for their Industry.
Responsibilities
*. Create and develop the market in Francophone Countries in West Africa
*. Achieve sales and 4P targets
*. Deliver distribution target for core brands as well as new products
*. Deliver visibility and merchandising of brands.
*. Maintain and drive compliance on the optimal 4P mix at store level
*. Coach & manage DB Sales team to deliver on set Sales objective
*. Identify and harness sales development opportunities within area of coverage
*. Develop and manage client relationship for both confirmed and potential customers
Requirements
*. Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/ Marketing in an FMCG Company
*. A University degree in a commercial subject from a recognised University
*. Must be results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
*. Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
*. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
*. Good grasp of sales and marketing strategies and planning issues
*. Have an excellent time management and communication skills
*. Working Knowledge of French Language
*. Previous work experience in Francophone West Africa will bean added advantage
