TITLE: LOGISTICS ASSISTANT Our client, a Saicom Roofing System based manufacturer, is currently looking to recruit a Logistics Assistant/ Export Documentation Administrator to join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Logistical processing of customer orders. Enter all orders received onto the Accounting system. www.newnigerianjoblink.blogspot.com Preparation of all export documentation as per customer requirements and send relevant documentation to customers on time. Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effective running of administration. Assist and support customer coordinator and accounts department as requested. Arrange all shipments for products dispatched from Saicom Roofing System. Log information on any calls received and maintains detailed and accurate records. Maintain and distribute weekly reports on customer orders. Attend weekly meeting.
