DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT GLOBAL OBJECTIVE The overall objective of this assignment is to support the Government of Nigeria (GoN) in the formulation of the EU-assisted Water and Sanitation Sector Reform Project in Adamawa, Ekiti and Plateau States, under the 10th EDF Country Support Strategy. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE(S) The specific objective of this assignment is to produce a complete set of project formulation documents (see list in the Annex) for the project identified in the Project Identification Fiche, within the scope of the 10th EDF National Indicative Programme for Nigeria, as approved by DEVCO.
