Degree/HND in hotel and catering management or a degree, HND/diploma in any other professional certificate
At least 3years working experience in the industry.

*PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS (rice, salad, Africana, chicken, cake etc)
QUALIFICATION
OND IN hotel and catering management or any other significant certificate
At least 2years practical experience on the job
*FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISORS
QUALIFICATION
OND in hotel and catering management or any other course
At least 2years experience

* PURCHASING OFFICER
QUALIFICATION
OND in stores and purchasing management or any other diploma
At least 2years previous work experience in related company
* STORE OFFICER
QUALIFICATION
OND in stores and purchasing or any other significant certificate
At least 2years working experience

* UNIT ACCOUNTANT
QUALIFICATION
Minimum of 1st degree in accountancy
At least 3years post certificate experience

* EAD PRODUCTION
QUALIFICATION
Degree/HND in hotel and catering management or any other accounting in the course
At least 3years working experience in the industry
